At first I wasn't such a big fan of shrimp, that’s because my first time cooking shrimp was a disaster! Now, along with squid, shrimp are my favorite seafood. Indulge yourself with this simple, yet fancy recipe. Enjoy it with a nice glass of white wine, French Riviera style. I said French Riviera because the Italians don’t cook with so much butter, like the French do. Still, it’s the same Mediterranean sea, so no harm. I prefer the luxurious Riviera, over Italy, anytime.
