baked zucchini fries



Ingredients :
1 lb. zucchini squash
¼ cup all-purpose flour
⅛ tsp salt 1 cup panko bread crumbs
¼ cup parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning blend
1 large egg

Ingredients :

Dough:
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water 3 Tbs vegetable oil
1/4 cup sugar
1beaten egg
1-1/2 tsp salt
2-1/4 tsp instant yeast
3-1/2 to 4 cups flour

Snack Indoor S'mores


Ingredients :

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • graham crackers for dipping

Skillet Pizza


Ingredients :

Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of Choice
10 inch non-stick skillet

Instructions :

1. Set skillet over medium high heat. Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese to the bottom of the pan. When the cheese starts bubbling, add toppings (don't overload it or you'll have a tough time later). Here I just added pepperoni.
2. Start watching the edges of the cheese. Once the edges start to brown, you can use a spatula to lift the them, as seen below.
3. Once the edges are browned all the way around, you can carefully slide the spatula under the pizza and slide it off onto a plate.
4. Let the pizza cool just a bit so the cheese will firm up. Then you can use a pizza cutter to slice it up. Now you can pick it up with your hands and eat it just like a regular pizza. It gives you all the taste, but leaves out all the carbs!

Perfect Strawberry Poppyseed


Light, sweet, and fresh, this poppyseed dressing is easy to toss together and full of incredible flavor. I love it served over a bed of leafy greens with fresh strawberries, blueberries, candied pecans, bacon bits, and feta cheese.

Ingredients :
1 clove garlic
1/8 slice of a small purple onion
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup fresh strawberries, raspberries (or 2 T. raspberry jam)
1/3 white vinegar
1/2 cup extra light olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon poppyseeds

Italian Easter Bread


Ingredients :

1 package Rapid Rise yeast
1.25 cups scalded milk, cooled to room temperature
pinch of salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sugar
3.5 cups flour (approximate)
1 egg, beaten with 1 teaspoon of water
6 dyed Easter eggs
sprinkles

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients Crust: 
1 cup water 
1/2 cup butter 
1 cup all-purpose flour 
4 large eggs 
Filling: 
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 
1 large box (5.1 ounces) vanilla instant pudding 
3 cups milk 
Topping: 
1 8 oz. container cool whip (just enough for a thin layer. I don't use the whole container) or one batch of homemade whipped cream 
chocolate syrup or homemade chocolate sauce 

Scrambled Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients :
For the Scrambled Eggs:

4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
3 dashes salt
4 dashes pepper

For the Sandwich:
 2 French or Brat rolls
2 tablespoons butter
½ teaspoon garlic powder
Scrambled eggs
½ cup shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 cherry tomatoes – cut in half (or ½ cup chopped tomatoes)
1 tablespoon chopped chives (or the green part of green onions)

Ultimate Grilled Cheese Sandwich


Ingredients :

1 Tablespoon Butter
1 whole Medium Onion, Halved And Sliced
4 slices Bacon, Cut In Half
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Several Dashes Hot Sauce (I Used Louisiana)
2 slices Sandwich Bread
3 whole Hard Boiled Eggs, Peeled And Sliced
Salt And Pepper, to taste
2 slices Cheese, Any Variety (I Used Swiss And Monterey Jack)
More Butter, For Grilling
